Since 1973 The Jim Clark Marina has brought together recreational boaters in the lower Duwamish River at the gateway to Elliot Bay, Puget Sound, and beyond.

Jim Clark Marina is a private marina, owned by an association of recreational boaters. The association members manage and maintain the marina themselves, so moorage rates are well below market. Moorage fees include: Wifi, water, electrical power, garbage, recycling and ice. No liveaboards are allowed.

The marina is very secure and well maintained. It is located on Harbor Island, in Seattle Washington, on the West Waterway of the Duwamish River. It is very close to Elliott Bay with no locks necessary to access Puget Sound. It has close access to I-5 and WA99 and has ample parking.

The marina has 90 slips, consisting of 35 boathouses and 55 open slips for moorage of boats generally 40' and under. Permanent moorage only, no guest moorage is available.

Boaters interested in “do-it-yourself” marina with low rates and great camaraderie, can apply.
